We're missionaries in northern brazil and use our VW bus to travel in the interior. Unlike Canada and Europe where they have the VW 4x4 version, in Brazil we muscle through the mud and ruts with the 2wd version. We've had up to 32 people in this bus, and carried up to 2000 pounds in the rutted logging roads off the transamazon highway. This VW is a brazilian 2000 kombi.
